Our Gold Stryker® GS 4000H is a high quality made here in the USA flail impact gold mill and can process and crush up to 1-1.5 tons of rock a day, all the way down to #300 mesh through the mill to release the gold. Perfect for the small gold mining operation. The Gold Stryker® GS 4000 measures 4 1/2 feet tall and has a footprint of 40" by 49" and now uses a NEW 7 HP Honda Industrial engine for many years of trouble free use. (The quantity of material the GS can process depends on the size, density and hardness of the rock being fed into the hopper. The smaller the rock, the more material you can run in a day.)

Adjustable control on size of material to as fine as #300 mesh.
Processes 3 inch rock into #100 powder in the 1st pass.

CNC manufactured high carbon steel to extreme tolerances.

(8) 3/8" hardened flail chains (Inexpensive and easily replaceable).

3/4" inch axle main shaft with dual 3/4" inch heavy duty bearings.
(4) 2" square tubing removable legs with steel plates to bolt down to concrete or wood floor. (They are designed to be fully adjustable for uneven ground).
2.5 inch flex hose to connect to 5 gallon bucket.
Powdercoated with an industrial coating for years of trouble free use.

This is a kit for the GS4000 units that want to run the new tool steel impact hammers to replace the flail chain versions. If you have a gs4000 that has flail chains and you want to upgrade to the new bolt-on tool steel hammers ( that will last 6+ times longer than the chain and also grind the material faster and finer) this is the kit that you need.
